MISSION
Empowering national and continental Stewardship Ministries to equip people worldwide to learn, apply, and teach God’s financial principles so they may know Christ more intimately, be free to serve Him, and help fund the Great Commission.
Seven Missiological Foundations
As we strive to equip people in different countries and cultures around the world,
1.We first seek to understand; then, to be understood.
2.We believe that the closer a leader is to a target audience the more decision-making power that leader should have.
3.We practice the Kenosis Principle: we must become one of them and dwell among the people we serve (John 1:14; Phil 2:5ff).
4.We work for the unity of the Body of Christ – have a Kingdom mindset.
5.We never confuse Mission with Method. The mission is always the same, the methods change.
6.We seek to be flexible, seeking maximum impact (ROI) for our programs.
7.We believe that exposure to content does not ensure a learning experience.
We have the privilege of partnering with God’s work in the world.

DR. ANDRÉS G. PANASIUK
Dr. Andrés Panasiuk is one of the most renowned Hispanic Evangelical leaders and conference speakers in the United States and Latin America. As a pastor-teacher, writer and speaker, he reaches millions of people through his books, radio and TV programs and conferences.
Dr. Panasiuk is president of Compass Latino and founder of El Instituto para la Cultura Financiera -The Institute for Financial Culture. These two ministries continue to advance the vision of Dr. Larry Burkett -his mentor- and Dr. Howard Dayton, successfully dedicated to teaching solid Biblical Stewardship principles for the Church, businesses, individuals, and their families.
Andrés is a prolific author. His books have been recommended by leading Latin American figures and have been nominated international award winners over hundreds of other works in the American continents.
His voice has become well known among the Latino community through various radio and television programs such as Cultura Financiera and Club700, aired in more than 20 countries by hundreds of broadcasting stations. Many of his teachings and articles can also be found on the Internet and in several publications.
Andrés was the Administrator of WMBI-Radio Esperanza, Moody Bible Institute’s Spanish-language radio station. He also pastored for almost 10 years in Chicago, ministering in one of the most violent neighborhoods in the United States.
Dr. Panasiuk has been a Board Member of many organizations in the United States, among them, the National Religious Broadcasters Association and the American Bible Society and of the Junior Achievement organization from the State of Georgia.
Dr. Panasiuk has a degree in Communications, with a focus on
Interpersonal and Group Communications. He has received two Doctorate
degrees honoris causa -one in Divinity and another in Business
Administration. He, his wife Rochelle and his three children live in Central
and Northern Florida.
